Valentine Countdown: 13 Days…..

Hi All! Welcome to our Countdown to Valentine's Day. It's 13 days and counting! So what do you think of the purple glittery goodness on today's calendar? Today's project is a very simple little Valentine card that features Close To My Heart's February Stamp of the Month: Wild About Love.

I'm sending my family some Valentine's Day gifts, so I wanted a simple card to go with it. The base of the card is cut at 51/2 x 4 inches from Kraft Cardstock. The fox is stamped in Saddle Exclusive ink and the hearts and "Love" are stamped in Cranberry Exclusive ink. The "Love" stamp is from a retired stamp set. I colored in the fox, flower, and foreground with my watercolor pencils, and added a little Aqua Dot to the center of the flower for a pop of color.
